Coronavirus is a universal issue affecting us all. With that concern in mind, every unit of this product will be prepared and packaged personally by me, with gloved hands, placed into a paper bag, folded, and stapled closed.
There have been recent reports in the news that 400+ Americans have contracted salmonella from
red onions based out of California. Please be assured that I use yellow onions in my salsas,
and the red onions used for pickling are sourced from Washington, and always have been.
